Objectives of the course

This course covers mapping Project Management processes on the MS Project interface, covering practical aspects of schedule development and how to develop, track and update project schedule using MS Project.
The course also addresses the needs of customizing MS Project to meet the Project Manager's MIS needs like EVM metrics, customization of reports, etc.
The training is designed to expose the participants to all the features of MSP 2003 so as to use it effectively to manage their projects with ease.
Some advanced features like integration with other Microsoft products, Multi projects and resource pooling, and customizing reports, views, etc in the tool is also covered.
The training will have the following features:
- Live, Online training for 2.5 hrs session per week for 4 weeks.
- Questions to be answered on the website based on the activities.
- Reports on the website to update the individuals on their progress.
